Oil Analysis Report. Coolant in Oil!

Thanks Digger! I was wondering why they would have .040 stamped on them. I guess a standard MLS gasket would still work with the bored out block.

It looks like there might be some aluminum from the piston on that cylinder, there will be evidence on the piston when you pull it to hone, if so. My 1999 had a chunk of it that broke off the #1 piston and fused to the wall. You could hear the piston hitting it from a block away, and the wrist pin bore was ovaled out 1/4". We chiseled it off and used a ball hone on all 6 cylinders, a pair of pistons and a set of rings and it's been fine for over 52k. 10W30 Mobil1 and a Napa Gold filter every 5k, no oil use between changes.
