I got see it in person. And got a ride in it. It is an animal. It has the potential to self-destruct just from application of the skinny pedal--no impact or other forces required.

The arduino airbag system is pretty slick too.

All around very cool build, and very cool that he has owned it for as long as he has and has been building it for so long.

Skruffy still lives and I put a good flog on him every now and again. Anyone in the San Diego area that is trying to do something similar let me know, first I’ll try to talk you out of it, but then I’ll give you a ride.
