Replacing Window Motor

Drivers side window motor is burned out on my new 94' door. I bought a new motor for it any tips on how to replace it?

Drill all the rivets out that hold it in(7 i think)with a 1/4 inch bit, then slide the old one out slide the new one in and use 1/4 inch rivets to fasten, or 1/4 x 3/4 inch bolts and lockwashers or lock nuts to fasten.
