***PLATE MISSION UPDATE***

My mission, penetrate........wait,this is a family forum, can I say that? Well, I'm from Colorado, cut me some slack, kay? .......penetrate hot new areas to go Jeeping.

For this mission, they'd have to send in the best; that's right, they sent BONDO, JEEP BONDO.

To avoid suspicion that I WAS from Colorado, I went under covers......ah, no pics of that, since those cost extra and we're on a budget here.

Following my disguise training, no one would ever think I was other than a sofis..sophisimacate...um, pretty cool guy to hang out with.

Even so, I'd need a diversion, as the anti-trail goons had the cash to keep me from my task. Little did they know, we have friends in low places. Some, were even out on parole.....er, patrol......ya, I meant patrol, one of which gave me a lift, in between coffee and doughnuts

and

Okay, that didn't work so well, but it did let me get to the only area higher than two sagebushes getting friendly, and from there, I was able to scout out the land.

I gathered the survivors, sent them out for um.....root beer

and made my way alone.....deeper into enemy held territory..........

This just in from Special Agent: JEEP BONDO

I used my control agent JohnJohn's RV satalite dish

to contact my handlers.....which took a while, since I had to ride the Monster Garage signal, which is the only station he gets.

Maybe I should report his abuse of gov't property to store jeep parts, but......all for a good cause, I say.

I took a few short cuts, nothing I'd rate over a 3.5 trail

and soon came to my destination... Looks like a good place for a BBQ next October

although, it's a little tricky to get there

As in all 'fun' spots, the bathroom facilities are a little primitive, and not that easy to find in the dark

but I'm sure everyone has their spares and required equipment list, you've got
Night Vision devices and protective masks on that, right?

And now for the conclusion of the adventures of Agent Bondo......

I had just exited the Porta JohnJohn

when I was pounced on by the forces of evil. But, enough about Greenpeace. They had me, and threatened to get my Den password out of me,

or else I would face.....yes, electro-plating.

Bah, I'd been through worse. I once fought a rear guard action for months, when JohnJohn posted a note. Now, THAT, was tough.
Okay, the nerve agent was a good try, but ha! If I had any nerves left, I wouldn't be a Jeep, now would I? Besides, I left all those back on a 5 rated trail.

Through years of waiting til the last minute to do a 3 month repair, I've learned patience, and unlike before, this time it was rewarded. As soon as my captors were blinded by tears, watching Animal Planet, I made my escape, using my last diversionary device....oops.....nuclear?

Well, I'd promised to find a hot area to play in and this one will be hot for about 5,000 years. Mark it on the GPS, we'll get back to it when we can. If anyone doubts that this tale is absolutely true........ next stop, Uranus.

Oh, it's been there and done that.....but it failed to make the next rendevous point......I'm beginning to wonder just how much we actually know about the bloke.......
