After an encounter with a deer .I am in the process of repairing the damage. Metal prep& paint i,m OK with, But what prep and primer is used on the fiberglas panel ?

Thanks,
Wayne

I think duplicolor or krylon makes a paint that does not require primer..

Regular automotive primer works on fiberglass. Use the same stuff you'd use on steel.

In most cases this is a safe assumption. If you really want some extra stick, pick up some adhesion promoter or epoxy primer. But I'd just shoot with with regular 2k urethane.

X2 on the 2k primer. works great. i wouldent worrie about adhesion promoter. just seal it up b4 you spray and ull b fine.
Bronze.
