CEL Problem

Well here goes, my 99 xj 4.0 has a CEL light on. i tried reading it with 2 differnet readers and the readers wont even connect with my jeep. i checked all fueses so far and none blown, any idea on what to check next.

So, the readers won't "recognize" your xj, you should call their tech support lines and find out if an update is required.

OBDII has been the standard since 1996+.
