44s & a 3 link

what year is your XJ? you may benefit from a dual diaphram booster out of a newer XJ.

Wheeled it at NAC fest, had a blast!

Drove a combined 500+ miles, cruised at 75 the whole time, no problems at all, on road.

Performed awesomely as usual, but there are still some things i need/want

Hydro assist: Being spooled front and rear on 35s isnt exactly easy to turn in boulders, and it will eliminate some of the 50-55 wobbles im getting.

Cage/unibody reinforcement: I want this jeep to last, so more unibody reinforcement is a must, planning on a sick hyrbid cage, as well as more frame plating. After landing on my driver side rocker SUPER hard ( imagine being punched in the kidney by chuck lidel) , the drive door is getting tough to open, and i can see cracks forming where the b pillar meets the roof.

Transfer case: Even with 4.88s, the gay 2.72 low range isnt enough, crawl ratio is way to fast, and causes jerky wheeling/stalling/clutch slipping. Im thinking about a 231/300 doubler.

Beadlocks: I want to air down lower!!!

Anyway heres a couple pics i snapped with my droid over the weekend.

Oh, yeah, im also convinced MTR/kevlars are some of the best tires out there, at first the side walls were really stiff, but now they flex like a mofo, and grip to everything, and wear great on road.

Nice of you to take special needs kids along. :D

Rig looks good man, nice work. i know how you feel with the gearing, i have 4.56's with 35's and i slip the hell out of the clutch on steep stuff. time for an atlas or a doubler.

Well good, you won't be able to break them then.

i don't want to know about your "retubing the water bottle". and don't come crying when it gets stuck.

I keep breaking these shitty mile maker hubs... these things break way too easily. Any reccomendations?? I dont want drive slugs.
