I'm thinking of parting out thet 85 xj i have for sale on the for sale board. I am thinking of making a complete set of half doors out of the doors that are on it. They would go on anything from 84-96. Who would be interested in something like this. I would probalby try to get somewhere...

just causeit can pull it, doesn't mean it should. go out and buy an old 3/4 ton chevy for like 2 grand and call it your tow rig. Not so easy to stop an xj with a 16 foot trailer behind it.
so i changed engine's in my 98 xj. tryed to use the heat today and it blows nothing but cold. also, i can't choose a level, it just blows on low the whole time. no thermostat either. any help?

well, basically i get no spark ever to the spark plugs. the fire i'm refering to is the plug in from the wire harness in the back of the coil the test light will read hot when i turn the key on, but then after it does that it will not read hot while i turn the engine over. there are two wires...

ok, so i'm replacing the motor in my jeep. when i took the radiator out there were two a/c lines that have some sort of flared fitting connection with a retainer clip on them. i took the clip off now do i need a special tool to get them appart or am i doing something wrong. please help thanks
how do i remove the gas line that connects to the fuel rail on my 98 xj. looks like it should just pop off but i dont' want to break it. there was a press on bracked on it so i popped it off now do i just yank it off or is there a special way to take it off
