TrXus MTs, USERS only. need some experience

I've been running the 34s for the summer but don't have enough miles on them to know how long they will last. I didn't like the the traction on rock at first but after a few trips at 10 to 12 PSI I have found they hook up good now especialy on wet rocks. They run good on the road for a mud but...

    CoFest damage reports

The lower track bar bolt that came loose on Blanca egged out the mounting holes on the axle so I'll need to weld a plate over it with a new hole. The driver side rock rail has a serious arch in it but the door still clears over it by a 1/4 inch.

    The time is getting short.

Weld on the front control arm skids, Weld new mounts on the rock rails were I cut them off to get the drop brackets on (a year ago), Weld up the tube to the center section on the 8.8. Modify the front bump stops, install the new front shocks and turn up the ACOS another 1/2 inch. If that gets...

    Rubicon in 2007

The NAXJA guys in Ca. could help pick a good time for the trail. I'm going out for sure so that means new gears, a front locker and maybe a steering upgrade. If I'm driving that far I want to make sure the Jeep will run the trail. Anyone know what is the minimum recomended Jeep build for the...

    Work on the Gulch roads

Predator is leading work on opening the gulches. I talked to them and if you want to help you have to go over and read and sign some insurance release type forms at least two weeks before the work day you attend. They do not have work days scheduled yet. I believe there is a posting on...

    Power Steering Cooler Locations

It's easy to mount so I think I will put it down below the radiator and if it gives me problems I'll move it up.

    Power Steering Cooler Locations

I read through the post I could find on this but I still have a question. I picked up a late model Explore cooler that I wanted to mount below the radiator idealy behind the large oval whole in the front body metal. This would put the cooler below the box and some of the threads said to place...

    Chinamans

The 15th would work for me. Let's do it when more people are ready to go. I got the new leafs and 34s on Friday so I'm ready to try it out. I could use the extra time to get a new pair of shocks for the back since the old ones don't reach and it's a little bounce running around with no shocks

    Steering with 34s

Thanks for the help I found Jason's write up. I just ordered up a set of TrXus 34x12.5 and since this is my first set of tires larger than 32 I'm trying to figured out what the next set of modification I need to start thinking about. I heard from the Colorado Chapter meeting that we are going...
