just checked one of the wires with a plug grounded to the block. nothing is unplugged as far as i can tell. the jeep ran and two hours later it just wouldn't start. it's trying and sounds like it wants to, it just wont. how do i get a reading off the injectors?

replaced crank, cpu, asd relay, spark plugs, checked grounds, has spark and fuel, has an unreadable check engine light or it says there is no problem, electric fan, fuel pump, and asd relay will click on and off when the key is in the on position. i've been trouble shooting for weeks now and...

i believe the one for a 91-93 works but you gotta redrill the mount for it. had the same problem with mine, ended up just buying a new compressor cause no one had the part

no power out of the orange wire, but the brown/yellow wire is grounded

per wildman i tested the pins on the c1 connecter for power and neither had power. i guess this means a loose ground? what other grounds are there? i found one near the battery and one on the lower passenger side of the engine and another one on the valve cover on the drivers side

changed the crankshaft position sensor, checked the o2 sensor wires. still no good

i think the sensor had the low resistance some one was talking about but i just spoke to a mechanic and he said that it might be the ecu. the cigarette lighter fuse wasn't blown, i checked and cleaned the battery ground to the frame and a ground on the upper half of the engine on both sides...

forgot to mention this useful piece of info. my code reader can't read the computer anymore. it read it as recently as a few days ago but now it can't. keeps saying to check the connection.
