What years does this serve as an upgrade for? I've got a 99 that I'm switching to rear zj discs. i know that we've all seen/heard of the booster upgrade but I'm not sure on the proportioning valve.

The year doesn't really matter, its an upgrade as long as you're going from drums to disks
