You may not realized is that the unlike the denominations listed on the poll, Christians have only one creed. That creed is not subject to change to accommodate that which is legislated, politically correct or motivated, modern, popular any other reason defined by mankind's infinite wisdom.

Errie that even though that is the creed, very few follow it.

Agnostic, recently turned Deist. I don't choose to follow an "established" religion - and I believe that Worship is a matter to be held between me and my God. I've never been impressed with established religions, I think they've corrupted belief in the Divine with politics.

If you are taking a survey to see the religious beleifs of a group of people it would only make sense that Athiest and Agnostic should be included to also show the lack of religious beliefs in said group. If those options do not exist and/or those of us that are heretics don't chime in you get the impression that everybody is religious thus completely skewing the results of your survey.

For the record Buddhism is not a religion. It is a philosphy based upon compassion for your surroundings. No deities are involved, unless you're into the pseudo-religion that the Tibetans are into.

What about Confucianism? Probably more likely to get a hit on that instead of Taoism - although I could be wrong. (edit: hey - two dropped in - I am wrong).

x2 you have to have a complete picture to have an accurate platform. i know you dont have room but a lot of these religions you can condence to one or two choices. christian would get rid of several choices. then you could add more options. not giving you a hard time.
