You know you want this....I will even throw in the cheese machine!

You could do what GetStuck said OR...

You could move to Wisconsin. Have all the amazing cheese you could handle and drive down to the badlands in just a few hours.

Cheese and shorter drive to Badlands sounds WIN WIN to me. :patriot::party:

Hey Tyler did you get a book from the library about how to make Craigslist ads? Looks like a huge run-on paragraph just like every other ad on there. :D At least you know how to separate your thoughts with periods, most CL users haven't figured that out yet.

I thought you guys had a lot more land though? Or is this just the portion that you own? Also how much for the bigger Morton building shipped to 47906?

Good luck with getting it sold. Hopefully that frees you up to do the things you want to do. And Indiana really isn't a bad place, the more I live here the more I like it.

"we" do have a lot more land then that, about 3000 acres more, This is just our little homestead farm and what is strictly in Camille and my names. Everything else is tied up as an entity and has to be a full sell out for total closure or as what I am trying to do, sell out just my shares and move on.....we will likely stay local due to both of us having good day jobs, but if we were to move out of the area I am tossing a few locales around...thinking southern or western....or Alaska..or Uranus.

The relators have been badgering me since I listed this on CL. They keep telling me "we can sell your property in 30 days or less..sign up with us" I reply, OK, if you will sell it for 1% commission we can talk, if not, quit soliciting. If the place sells, great, if not, so be it. I am in no "need" to sell it, just wanting to possibly sell if if I can get what I want out of it. I love the lay of the land, the buildings and the house, but I am always game for making a profit. The bad thing is it is getting harder everyday to find more land especially land that has dual blacktop frontage/access.

Jason, we may be able to strike a deal if you take the in-laws as well. :D

<snort> Gotta love the bottom feeders that come out of the woodwork after a CL ad gets posted. Me, I'd have put in the ad something like "No seller's agent solicited. Contacts will be billed."

I'm not surprised at the family dynamics, either. The hardest working people in the world work for themselves, and frequently don't understand why other people just don't see it the same way.

so true my friend..so true. I have spent 75% of my vacation time working for them and now it is time to put things back into prespective and spend that time with my family. Cant get that time back once it is gone and I am realizing that more everyday.

dont worry Mike, you can still hit it :D
