and it upsets him...

What does that say about him?

Will he not be able to handle criticism and scrutiny in the position of Recorder?

How will he react?

I honestly think the way he reacts is more important than the incident itself...

Think about it...

As a Police Officer...

You should be able to deal with many situations that you do not agree with....

You should be able to deal with personal insults without abusing the position...

You should be able to negotiate and difuse a situation...

You should be able to stand behind your actions and decisions...
