XJ Won't Start!! Help!

Drove it home from work fine yesterday. Showed no signs of there being anything wrong just drove like normal. Turn it off at about 7:30PM. Get up today go to start it about 11:45AM and it just cranks.Will not fire over, fuel pump is good, fuses and relays are ok. It has a new starter. Any idea's?

Yep, that would've been the first thing I would've checked.

Classic CPS gone bad. Not really expensive and about 30 mins of work.
