XJ Warn Winch Bumper on ZJ

Wasn't sure where to post so I put it here.
Has any one done this fab by any chance. I have a guy who is interested in my Warn Winch Bumper, but he has a 1995 Grand Cherokee. Can it be done ? If so what fab work needs to happen ?

it could probably be done, but would not look right. The ARB for the Cherokee is designed around a cherokee and the ZJ ARB is sloped back to match the slope of the grill. He could get a custom one built to look great on his ZJ for a whole lot less trouble.
