That's some awesome sheetmetal work. On the tail lights and jeep lettering how come you tacked in the the outside corners? Would it look better to drill some holes for small plug welds and grind them flush? That way you can keep the outside edges sharp as i'm sure you know. Just curious.

These are the components for the taigate.. when its in the down position the hinge design allow it to slide off the hinge to the driver side.

Yes a heavy mil thickness waterproof canvas zipper top and one for the bulkhead
