xj title and vin

i need a clean vin and title for a xj. the older the better. the guy i got my jeep from has lean against it so im taking the easy fix.

That is a tough one... though I am sure Eagle will have much wisdom on the subject.

Do we know he is breaking a law? What law? Fed or State? Gotta link? I would like to see it.

I have a hand built buggy built on a 1957 VW bug underpan... it is registered as a 57 beetle. It was shortned 18 inches, has NO VW sheet metal.... but is legally registered in California. IF I wanted to Reg it here in WA, I would need to get a .........................

Fill in the law. Guys, we are not lawyers. WE KNOW it is not legal to distribute copyright proteted material. We KNOW it is not legal to distribure underage porn. But a VIN? Dunno guys.... lots of folks "roll their own".
