I don't know who makes them, but they're solid. I've got the same set on my XJ and they've held up to rocks and high lift jacks and haven't budged or dinged.
Capped on both ends, no mounts, you'll need to fab something up.
$150/obo - trying to get rid of all my extra stuff to save funds for my ride in April.
I was hoping they'd fit my lady's WJ but WJ's are a bit longer as it were.
