XJ Rag Doors

Thats exactly what i mean... youd think people would want them dont ya??? oh well personally in a small way the idea of soft doors no matter what is kinda stupid cuz of theivery... but i dont like the fatc that my stock doors are falling off so what the hell ya know?? plus i have this idea where on a sunny day they can roll back and tie back but on a rainy day they can be zipped up from the inside ust in case ya know??

why not get tube doors from a company such as formatt fab, and wrap them with canvas? that would be cool. or are you looking for a full door?

havent thought too much about it, but you could start with an xj door and cut it to just the frame and then add some bracing. canvas the bottom, use latches from a yj/cj and add a zipper to the top and make a zip window..or something like that

Like I said before Thats Cool and all BUT its a daily driver I need a full door for this situation

If you need a full door, then keep the doors on that came with your jeep. There is NO aftermarket option to make your cherokee doors work like the soft door on a wrangler. There are no half doors unless you cut them up and make them yourself, then you have to figure out how to make windows and material to make them weathertight.
There is no easy answer here, some of the guys have tried to steer you in the right direction, but you're not listening.

This thread is useless, that is why we are going off on tangents. and calling people stupid isnt the best way to get answers.

YOUR CHEROKEE IS NOT A WRANGLER. NOR DID IT COME FROM ANY FACTORY WITH SOFT DOORS. NOR ARE THERE ANY COMPANIES THAT MAKE SOFT DOORS FOR THE CHEROKEE. YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN IF YOU WANT THEM-- OR HAVE SOME ONE LOCAL WHO IS GOOD AT FABBING AND CANVASING MAKE THEM.

The reason people are giving you options that do not completely satisfy YOUR EVERY WISH are because their are none. yet they have given you several of the closest things to it.

you want a quick fix for your broken door and hinge. GET THE HINGE FIXED if the door is broken as well, get a new FULL door.

well, do you think you could make a full door like i described, using a XJ door. Not cutting it in half, but cutting all the sheetmetal, leaving the full frame and going from there. since none of the wrangler doors will fit a XJ you gotta make your own.

I made some quazi rag style doors. They're awesome. I get full doors when I want em, and open style for nice day wheeling and great visibility. Wasnt that hard to do... I am acutally making another set right now to sell.

yeah ok w/e see there's the deal people are giving me great suggestions BUT what they r suggesting people i know in person have suggested... everyone is suggesting tube doors.... I CANT USE TUBE DOORS this is a daily driver what Hulk has suggested is the best idea i have seen... i want a good set of doors that will keep me dry in the rain i dont wanna install tube doors i want doors that will keep me dry....
