xj pod subwoofer encloser

Been really concidering doing this upgrade for my sound system is it worth the money for the amount of space saved or should i just get a enclosure for it? I like the look of the box on the side and I haul alot of stuff so i like it alot cause im not sacrificing any space and I dont listen to bumpin music so should i have a problem with rattling since its plastic? any opinions with this product will help thanks.
