WTB/TF: Axle/parts

Preferably looking for non-disco HP-D30, complete decent shape if possible. 4.10s a + Doesn't matter if it has a locker or not.
Otherwise 4.10s gears/carrier + install kit and inner/outer shafts+u-joints.

I got a 29-spl C8.25 with 4.10s so need to upgrade the front. I know that I can swap in one-piece shafts into my disco and gear it, but most likely cheaper to do it out of vehicle. Right now it is my DD. Brake lines failed in my 73 beetle so I can't drive that for now.

It was my step sister's and she moved to TX for school, and I guess decided to not come back. So my dad offered it to me. I would say that he didn't want to reg and insure it anymore, aside from the fact that the rest of the fam still there doesn't know how to drive a manual. Its a Rusty POS but got me around til the brake lines went out.
I can fix it, but since I can drive my XJ daily not too worried about it.
I do not work far from home.
I had a 72 super beetle with a front disc conversion prior. It did run/drive but was basically a project and gave it back to my friend who gave it to me, as I didn't have the time then.

I have a 98 HP30 sitting on my side yard. Stock gears (3.55) I believe. Too bad I sold my 4.10 gear set a month or two ago. PM me if your interested.

yeah, ive got a disco axle housing only with ruffstuff brackets, pretty much needs all internals, but free if you want it.

Bueller? Also, anyone on the SJ area have a place to swap axles/possibly setup gears. I haven't setup gears in a few years and do not want to screw them up. Thanks
