The one with the center lap belt, and buckle. Back seat...you know. Bought the wrong one *facepalm* with two buckles. For '94. Figured I'd check here before I ask I.E. Jeep.

I've probably got a set in one of my parts jeeps. Not sure if the rear, center belt is different for HO vs Renix. Mine are renix.

As far as I know they're the same. I know in 97+ they were more plasticy (if that's even a word). It's appreciated.

renix will only fit renix and HOs through 1994 (early GM style belts with the silver square in the middle of the latch)
the later style with the big red button should only fit that style belt catch and latch... but really if you need the belt and latch both it doesn't really matter what you put in there as long as they both come off the same jeep.
