WTB: Rack and CB

I am lookin for a roof rack, CB, and Hi-Lift. I already have Thule cross bars and towers so im lookin for the basket. I want a CB with the wiring and antenna if possible, and for the Hi-Lift i would like bumper mounts or roof mounts. I'll buy some parts with out others (mounts with out Hi-Lift, Cb without antenna, etc.)
