WTB/looking for a jeep for my cousin

my cousin had her ranger totaled a few months ago and the check finally arrived, now shes' looking for something reliable to drive. being 16 shes' all about the bling and cool factor. being her "responsible" cousin im all about the quality and reliability.
If anyone has a rig they want to part with or knows of one then hit me up. her budget is in the 4000$ range. she has been looking at yotas that are frankly thrashed but have big tires and the cool stuff 16 yr olds want. being an XJ guy obviously my choice is a heep. A mild lift, 32's tops, and most importantly no junk is what were after. Im just outside of chico so anywhere from oregon to SF would be the range we could go. It needs to be solid and run very well, body needs to be good,some dents ok.

There are plenty of low-priced XJ's here. Some really nice looking ones. There's a red one with a lift/tires for like 2200$

found one, picking it up this morning. My cousin is mucho happy.
1992 country with 3 1/2" RE lift in the front and a bastard pack, 31's,4.0, aw4, 231, nothing else really special.
2900$
its a fuzz on the spendy side but I know the rig well and trust it.
