Pretty easy - get the 2" Teraflex coil spacers for the front and a set of OEM Dodge Ram rear shackles. That will get you close to 2".
Those spacers are about $50 for the set and you can get 2 JY shackles for about $10. Otherwise Teraflex does the full set (2 spacers, 2 shackles) on their website for about $160.

I have a pair of spacers (for sale in here) that you could grab for cheap:
1-3/4" Coil Spacers (M02532, Used for 8k miles, great shape) - $20
From what I've seen, 2" spacers are usually 1-3/4" for some reason?
