Hey guys, I'm looking for a driver's side axle shaft for a factory XJ D44. The Mrs got into a minor (really minor) fender bender and managed to bend the flange.......didn't do anything to the wheel or wheel spacer I have on there :dunno: So, if you have one laying around (a straight one:))........-------Hans

how about a front 44 axle? you know of anyone who has one for sale? preferably a HP44. dont care what from just also dont feel like cutting welded on radius arms. but im needing one so i can put it under my rig and i can go wheelin, ive been looking around and junkyards want $500+ around here. if you know of anyone let me know please. -Matt

Glad i could help Hans.
Do you remember if the driver's side is the longer or shorter one of the shafts? I'd like to get the shaft prepped (new bearing, seal and spacer for the disc brake set up) and just swap it out. Really sucks because, I just replaced the bearing and seal on that shaft and can't even remember......sucks getting old!--------Hans

Hans, the driver's side is the short side.

There was a HP44 under an older F-100 at the Ontario PAP but, it had drum brakes and kingpin knuckles. It would be usable if you felt like replacing the inner knuckle Cs-------Hans
