WTB 97+ driver seat thats not totally broken

Just trying to help out some family with a '97 whose driver seat is broken all to hell. Some stains are not a big deal just looking for minimal tears, foam not completely broken down, and the base not broken. Maybe even just the base and tracks would be good, I have not yet looked at it close enough to see what is broken.
