WTB: 97 and up XJ headliner!!!

I'm looking for a headliner for a 97 and up XJ. I currently have a sunroof that doesn't even work so I'm thinking about taking it out and welding the roof shut. I would need a new headliner to do this. Let me know what you got guys.

I have one.

Grey, decent condition from a 97... some stains from dirty hands from pulling other stuff out. Not an overhead console 'liner either (no big hole cut for the overhead console).
