Do you care if it needs to be rebuilt? 29 spline, I assume?
Check Dodge Dakotas at the pick-n-pull. They use the 29 spline 8.25 for a fairly wide range of years and quite commonly have an LSD. Sticker in the glovebox will tell you so you don't even have to crawl under the truck.
I'd have one already but they all have spanked clutches around here and I don't feel like buying new clutches for one.

I would prefer it to be good to go. My intentions are to pull the cover on the 8.25 that is under my 2wd jeep toCday to see if I already own one. My hopes are that because it's 2wd it would have one. My 2wd Tahoe has a factory LSD.

I would still think that the 2wd jeep would have one in it. Would figure it would atleast have some kind of factory traction devise since it was 2wd.
