WTB - 5 Lug Outers for 78-79 D44 Front

I have a 79 D44 front out of a F250 (8 lug). I am debating going to run 5 lug outters on it and just putting in 5.5 on 5 bolt pattern in my XJ d44 to match the front.

So whos got some parts laying around??
