I know you are probably looking for used, but I got the Novak cable shifter kit and it's like butter. it was like $135 shipped. Something to look in to.

Do you still need this? Also Im guessing your swapping from 2wd to 4wd? I might have all the parts you need minus the bezel. but can grab one next time I go to pull-apart. I'll check the junk pile tomorrow.
