WTB 4wd conversion parts (AW4,231,driveshafts,shifter)

I'm doing a 4WD conversion on a buddies XJ. I need an AW4 and 231 from a 98 or newer, a front drive shaft, and a shifter. Anybody have these parts?

Where are you located? Are there any differences between a stock 231 or 242 shaft?

I believe the Ds length is based on which rear axle you have. I know between a d35 and a 8.25 the lengths are different. Not sure if transfer case matters as long as the spline counts are the same.

I've got driveshafts. Stock front, double CV rear, worked with my XJ at about 5-6" of lift. Ran them with a 231 t-case, and with both an 8.25 and D44.

I might be interested in front shaft but I'm waiting to hear back from Tone as to what parts he has to see if I can work a deal with him.

What year is the tc from and what are you looking to get now that the op doesnt need it.

Not sure the year I had pulled it from a junk yard. I remember something about a short input shaft if that sounds right. I was mid-AX-15 upgrade when I ran it till I got a beefier one built. It does not have Vacuum crap on it, I ditched that too. oh and it does not have a SYE installed, just the stock setup. Make me an offer, I am in San Diego, I wish I saw this earlier I was just up in Doheny yesterday and Anahiem today.
