WTB: 4cyl XJ in Seattle/Tacoma are

My brother-in-law wants to buy a XJ and he would prefer a 4cyl manual trans combo. It does not need to be perfect, 2 or 4 doors, 4x4 prefered, but not required. As close to stock as possible is good, no big tires or lift is wanted. Looking for a runner and would like to stay under $1000.
