WTB: 33" or 35" tires with 15" wheels

Before I spend the 1200 on wheels and tires, I am looking to see if anyone has some collecting dust in their garage. Looking for tires that have at least 40% tread left on them. I live on Edwards AFB just outside of Rosamond and Lancaster. Craigslist has been pretty dry around my area so I will continue to look. Thanks!
