Interesting, we have one XJ and two TJ's, both have the 16# caps on them and the 4 new in the bag spares i have are all 16#'s. Thats all I have ever run in them and the XJ has around/over 260,000mi on it with the original radiator. That gets flushed and refilled yearly with mopar coolant and distilled water.
