wrangler body-lift spacers

What material are the body-lift spacers usually made from? I am figuring up a project and need a hard durable rubber spacer about that size but I can't tell from reading if they are plastic or rubber or what

Alot of then are steel or aluminum since you still re-use the factory rubber mounts.
