7500 to me seems pretty high no matter what parts are on it.
If I payed that much I'd be looking for long arms fox shocks on all 4corners . Something that pulls me in.
Otherwise it just seems like a nice jeep that I'd pay 3000 for.
6" short arms will ride horrible. Maybe it has control arm drop brackets that aren't mentioned then it might ride decent
I thknk if I had 7500 to spend id keep looking. I didn't think you mentioned steering. Id be skeptical and leary to make the drive it needs substantial steering and trackbar correction at 6" may need more work $ to be a decent driving jeep like your after
