89 4.0 out of 95 runs good unknown miles. 4x4 works floors have been replaced, rockers are rotted out. Need new rear axle. i can get it for 500.

you can get a new rear end at a pretty good price, i think there is a d30/ford 8.8 pair in the forsale sec. right now for 500 w4.10s and a locker i believe

I wouldn't be worried to buy it. Even if you don't want to drop the money on those axles, an 8.25 from the jy is an easy find.
