It looks like a nice alternative to the JD2, its exactly the same on price but the dies seem to be around a 3rd of the price. Does anyone have expirience with it, or know of another brand to consider?

Double check on the price of the dies. A 1.75" is $230.

They also seem to only be 90 degree dies vs jd2 has 180...

i just finished making one of the got trikes benders and with the drill bits i had to buy all said and dont it cost me about 600 with the die steel plans and hydro ram. and its portable and bends verticly.

Read closely that is only recomended to bend up to 1/8" wall material.
