Won't upload my Avatar

Title pretty much says it all, and yes I do have it sized correctly & all that. It took one for my profile just fine but I've never been able to get it to take my avatar.

Is the FORUM FIXER on vacation? Or isn't there one right now? Just wondering since my question was met with a deafing silence.... :wave1: It hasn't been quite a year yet since I paid my dues..... maybe there's a 1 yr waiting period on AVATARS????

By golly something changed when I logged in this time, it'll let me post my avatar and attachments too it looks like. I guess whoever needed to do whatever must have.
