I don't know if I can make it this year. I have drill that weekend. I would plan to take it off, but I will have a new commander in Feb, and I don't who it will be yet. If it is some one new, I will have to be there for drill. Breaking in a new boss is a pain.

thanks for the offer. i went there this past July and damn its rough and tough. I am on stock drive train and 31 inch mt tires, we made it but wow. I would like to go back but its a far drive.

I'll be bringing three kids under 11 years old too. They will be much more interested in Jeepin' then playing soccer though

it is well worth the drive. Winterfst is not about the wheelin, it is about the brotherhood (and sisterhoood) that we all share. Hell, every year we have people show up without their Jeeps and they still have a great time. And as far as a far drive..I am hauling out 8-9 hours...and worth every mile of it! :thumbup:

couldnt have put it better myself. last year was my first year and I was a passenger of 89eliminator's. I didn't know anyone aside from wade and kim. by the end of the weekend i met some of the best people on the forum. you couldn't put a price on what you take from winterfest events.
