Winterfest 2013

you just don't understand. this chapter loves bacon to the highest extent.our love for this salty, smokey, cured meat runs thick like the greasy blood that runs threw our veins. there is a thread on bacon alone that towers lesser chapters random talking threads.bacon is often combined with beer to be used as currency. bacon in this chapter is not measured by slice nor ounce not even pound, its measured in the pitcher full. you will come to winterfest and you will eat something with bacon and you will learn to love it like it needs to be loved. long are the days where you don't make the second pack, for that shall happen no longer. you my son will become a bacon lover at last.

imagine me saying this while a slight sunrise comes up behind me and dramatic music is softly playing :D
I am impressed. This thread and the Important thread actually outrank the NAC Lots-o-Post thread when searching for bacon.

The MWC has done well :laugh3:

Uh...my wife's grandma gave us two packs of smoked bacon from their 4H, it tasted like ****. so much so we didn't even bother making the second pack.

Trust me, it wasn't my or my wife's choice to go there...we were meeting some of her friends for brunch and they just HAD to go there, despite my other suggestion for other places.

Cheeseman has the finest cuts of pork I have ever tasted, this man knows Pork!

What trail runs should I go on?

- never been to WF or badlands
- running 35's, locked front, LSD rear

I was thinking medium and rev's run.

I would say, prolly medium (assuming that is orange?) that's were i will be.... you know if i ever get to work installing my axles.

i would say orange/medium also. you should be good there. i did green/easy stock twice so you may not have as much of a challenge there. and rev's last year and you may be a little tall for that run.

assuming you actually make it:D

Sounds like what you need to run. Rev's run is a blast!

Rev's Run is NOT easy. I doubt you will get stuck, only 1 person has, but you have a good chance of one or more of the following:

Mirror removal
Body dents
Scratches (this is almost a guarantee)
Window glass removal
Roof rack removal
Bumper damage
Fear

but you need to do it at least once.

All new trail this year....unless I get lost again.

Rev

I got a question, if I get to come to WF (vacation day not approved yet) I may have Sarah drive her SUV up. We are going to a concert that Friday night more then likely in Indy. Does anyone know if I can leave my XJ at the campground or Badlands overnight so we take her SUV to the concert? I would prefer campground so that it is around others where I know it might safer (well to theft, but not to hijinks).

i cant tell you 100% but i dont see why there would be a problem. you can always call the camp ground to be sure.

I'm considering going. The '00 needs another notch up before I start lifting it again. What kind of cost are we talking??
