Will this actually work on a US version

Just curious if this hvac would work on the us versions...I couldn't see a pic of the back so I'm wondering if its "opposite" being as that the rest of the damn jeep is or if its just backwards on the control panel.. I need a new hvac control anyways and thought this would be kinda interesting...
