Why do the Moderators have me on restricted access?

I have noticed that I can't posted to certain areas like the 'Parts Wanted'. It appears like the Moderators of have me on some type of restricted access. How do I get more privileges?

You can post in the chapter classifieds, which would be the Midwest Chapter in this case.
