Who needs a job?

So, I am looking for someone that isn't afraid to work. We are a contractor for construction in the cable industry. I am the project manager and have had a really tough time finding somebody that has these few qualities;

1. Show up everyday, on time.
2. Pass drug test.
3. Willingness/ability to climb an extension ladder.
4. Reliable vehicle to get you to work.

Basically, I am looking for somebody with a great work ethic. I told my boss I'd post up on NAXJA because 1. I want to help my wheeling brothers out and 2, I believe you use an analytical mind while wheeling/ wrenching. The job is piece rate, so the faster and better you do the job means the more you get paid.

If this is in the wrong place, mods are more than welcome to delete. I just think some Sierra Chapter guys could use some work. We are in Sacramento now and looking to do a job in Chico next. Work is mostly based around the Sacramento and one hour away area.

PM me if interested

Thanks
Hunter

extension ladders don't like me

edit: or is it that i really don't like them? well the feeling is mutual.

on a serious note, thats crazy that you can't find reliable workers in this jacked up work field. if you were closer i would jump on it!!

he said sac sean, aren't you like 15-20 min away from central sacto?

I have a few very reliable and talented construction workers we just laid off, i'll let them know.

yeah but working in Chico is not an option :)

plus my crack addiction might hurt my drug test results

Thanks guys. Ya, I can't believe how hard it is in this economy to find a real worker. I know they are out there. Going to return pms now.

Welcome to the real world! There are millions of people without work right now and the company I work for still struggles to find qualified people that actually want to work. There are jobs, just not enough people who want to work.

I have a buddy that lives in Lincoln that has been out of work for a while. I emailed him to see if he is interested.. That is a joke that you can't find good people!!!
