old_man NAXJA Forum User Location Loveland, Colorado Apr 29, 2011 #2 There shouldn't be a problem. They have 12v systems as well. Their wording is probably to protect them from somebody using it to control a winch for some non safe lifting application where somebody could get hurt. How about a link. If it is nice, I may want one.

Fore Wheeler MWC President NAXJA Member Location Michigan Apr 29, 2011 #3 got ahold of Warn, there is a differance in the wiring harness. Warn is sending me a new harness at NO CHARGE to use this controller. the differance in the two systems is the larger winches (like we use) have a 5 pin connector, where as the ATV winches have a 3 pin. Warn has AWESOME products that are matched only by their customer service. link Fore 'never own another brand' Wheeler
