White lifted XJ NE Tacoma/Federal way???

Turning out of the road to my house on 509 i saw a white lifted XJ coming down the road. Had about a 4.5" lift and a roof rack with a box on the passenger side and a open cage on the driver side. just wondering if anyone knows who he is and if he's a member or not. couldn't see any stickers and it was a pretty clean build. he got off on Norpoint Way and headed up towards federal way. Hope you are a member but if anyone does know him, then invite him.
