Which Dana 30 TRUSS is the best?

When I called them asking about it, I was told it wasnt even an option.

It would be easy to drill two or three holes for the trackbar that would cover most installations.

Well it was an option a week ago. Here is the pic.I went with Hellbilly's though to get it dialed in.

T&T Customs offers three different trac-bar solutions for the front trusses (dana 30, dana 44 hp, F250 dana 44 hp, early & late waggy, etc):
  • Replacement Factory: This bracket is designed to replace the light-duty factory formed differential side trac-bar bracket. It works perfectly for those running short suspensions, factory style steering systems, and those who have already solved their trac-bar/steering issues. This is a "make it way stronger than factory" bracket.
  • OTK Bracket: Designed to be used with over the knuckle steering systems or any other steering system that offers a height increase of 3.5" over stock. It was designed specifically to work with T&T's OTK Steering System but will work with other companies that work similarly.
  • Hy-Steer Bracket: This is the perfect solution for those running Dana 44 high-steer setups, TeraFlex high steer arms, and WJ knuckle swaps.
T&T Customs has a product catalog that's nearly 200 times larger than what is currently visible on the website. A new catalog and website are currently under development. If you have a question or don't see how one of our products can work for you, give us a call. We may actually have a production part that fits the build.

Regarding the shackle issue: The holes on the shackles are punched not drilled. I'm sorry you recieved a part that didn't meet your expectations. Hopefully, by the time you read this, you have the new one in hand. It may take a couple of days to get a replacement part to you and I am sorry for the delay. We don't have many issues regarding part quality but do take the ones that come in seriously.

Regarding the customer service issues: I read about them all the time but I don't hear about them. I'm not confident that we actually have a customer service issue only a communication issue with our customers. Please call us before posting if you have issues. We will make every attempt to solve your problem if you have one.
