don't expect too much from the wifi... I bought my phone for wifi (and that is part of why i went to t-mobile), and it does not work very well. had them exchange the phone thinking I just got a lemon, same problems. If you use it on occasion it will be ok, if you try to use it alot (i use mine as my home phone), you may be disapointed. My phone is a t-mobile shadow.... could just be the brand/model?

I've been using AT&T for over 10 years and other than an occasional dropped call I have no complaints.I hear all of these horror stories about AT&T but I've experienced none of them. The couple of times I have had to speak to customer service they were quick, polite and took care of the issue.I should note that I don't surf the web, twitter, facebook or any of that other crap with my phone- thats what I have a computer at home for.It seems to me that if you have to use your phone like a computer then you're too damn busy and are a slave to your electronic leash (If its for your job/business- thats a different story).I've heard just as many complaints about Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and the others.

Had verizon for 10 years loved it.

then switched to Boost about a year ago. Love it too. good coverage and it's prepaid 50 a month unlimited everything.

Was a AT&T customer for 6 years..... then they decided to over charge me on my international plan... Now I am with Sprint 2 years now and am happy.
